Shoes will be dispatched same business day if the order is received before 11am.

Orders placed outside our business hours will ship on the next business day. Eg orders placed on Sunday will ship on Tuesday.

The time frame is generally 1-2 business days for the North Island and 2-3 business days for the South Island. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Stock Availability

While we will always do our best to keep stock levels up to date, occasionally it may happen that an item purchased is in fact not available. In this instance we will contact you issue a refund.

 

Returns

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase providing the product and packaging are still in their original condition.

Shipping costs back to us are care of you the customer.
